This Refund and Payment Policy (“Policy”) describes the terms and conditions regarding payments, cancellations, and refunds for all products and services provided by Radiant Care Pharmacy (“we,” “our,” or “us”), including prescription medications, compounded medications, and related healthcare programs. Please review this Policy carefully.

I. GENERAL POLICY
All products and services offered by Radiant Care Pharmacy are tailored to individual patients. Due to the personalized nature of our prescriptions, compounded medications, and other healthcare services, all sales are considered final once the prescription is approved and processed.

II. CANCELLATIONS
A. Orders Not Approved by Prescriber

• Orders that are not approved by the prescribing provider are eligible for a full refund.
  B. Pre-Fulfillment Cancellations
• Customers may request to cancel an order prior to fulfillment.
• If successfully canceled prior to fulfillment, a $99 administrative fee may apply.
  C. Fulfilled Orders
• Once an order has been fulfilled, including all prescription and compounded medications, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

III. NON-REFUNDABLE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

• Prescription and compounded medications are non-refundable once approved and processed.
• Compounded orders are non-refundable once a compounding request is submitted.

IV. LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

• In the rare event a package is lost in transit, Radiant Care Pharmacy will work with the carrier (USPS, FedEx, UPS) to locate it or reship the order at no additional charge.
• Customers must report lost packages promptly.
